Jody has worked in the field of developmental disabilities for over 11 years. She has a Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis from the University of Manitoba and has worked extensively as a Behaviour Analyst in the province of Manitoba. During this time she worked closely with families with children or youth needing assistance in a variety of areas including challenging behaviours, toileting, limited diets or feeding issues, sleeping issues, homework routines, sibling dynamics, socialization skill building, and attending school on a regular basis. In the last 7 years Jody has chosen to expand her specialization, earning a Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Winnipeg. She has previously developed and coordinated a counselling program offering therapy services exclusively to individuals, couples, and families impacted by disabilities. Jody loves animals and has three fur kids: Bleu, Molly, and Yuki. She spends her free time as close to the ocean as possible and finding time to be in nature.
