Dawn has been with the organization for better than two decades now. She was initially hired as an Administrative Assistant and quickly mastered the job and began to take on more challenging work for the agency's leadership. When the agency moved downtown in 2007, Dawn took on additional responsibilities including information technology and office management which led directly to her appointment to the Office Manager position. A more capable individual you would be hard pressed to find. Well spoken, well read, a lover of classical music, exceptionally knowledgeable and the ‘go to’ person for anyone hoping to navigate their way successfully through the organization. Dawn is courteous and professional in all situations and this is complemented by her fierce loyalty to and deep pride to be part of Phoenix. Dawn is also the proud parent of two extremely accomplished adult daughters. She loves to spend time with them and to tell us all about their new and exciting adventures.
